Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Field Reimbursement Senior Manager for the Mid-Atlantic US, leading a regional FRM team to optimize access for Amgen therapies across Specialty Pharmacy and Buy & Bill channels.

You will translate national priorities into actionable regional plans, coach a high-performing team, and drive performance against KPIs while ensuring compliant, patient-centered access experiences. This role requires extensive field leadership, payer insight, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Master, or Bachelor level with extensive third-party access/pharma experience
• Experience leading field reimbursement teams and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong knowledge of Specialty Pharmacy and Buy & Bill reimbursement
• Proven leadership and performance management in field-based roles
• Ability to translate national/regional priorities into field execution

Responsibilities

• Lead regional team of Field Reimbursement Managers with coaching and development
• Develop regional reimbursement strategies aligning with national priorities
• Coach FRMs and monitor field KPIs and customer engagement
• Ensure compliant execution across Specialty Pharmacy and Buy & Bill
• Partner with Sales, Market Access, HUB, Training and Operations
• Conduct regional business reviews and address barriers to access
• Maintain strong payer dynamics and market insights to guide actions
• Foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture
