Amgen is seeking a Field Reimbursement Senior Manager for the West US region to lead a high-performing FRM team and translate national access priorities into regional plans. You will drive reimbursement strategy across Specialty Pharmacy and Buy & Bill channels, ensuring compliant, customer-focused access experiences.

Ideally you have 5+ years in field reimbursement leadership, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of coaching and developing teams.

Formación

• Doctorate or equivalent with 2+ years in public or private third-party access arena or pharmaceutical industry in sales, managed care, or clinical support experience
• Master’s with 4+ years in public or private third-party access arena or pharmaceutical industry in sales, managed care, or clinical support experience
• Bachelor’s with 6+ years in public or private third-party access arena or pharmaceutical industry in sales, managed care, or clinical support experience
• Associate’s degree and 10+ years in public or private third-party access arena or pharmaceutical industry in sales, managed care, or clinical support experience
• High school diploma / GED and 12+ years in public or private third-party access arena or pharmaceutical industry in sales, managed care, or clinical support experience

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team of Field Reimbursement Managers.
• Build and sustain a strong team culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, inclusion, trust, and momentum.
• Establish clear performance expectations and hold the team to KPIs and service levels.
• Meet field-time and coaching expectations and ensure field presence across the region.
• Ensure the team delivers excellence in the access experience through reimbursement expertise and issue resolution.
