Job summary

Amgen seeks a Senior Field Reimbursement Manager for the Mid-Atlantic US region. You will lead Regional FRMs, translate national priorities into local execution, and ensure excellent access for Amgen medications across Specialty Pharmacy and Buy & Bill channels.

You will develop capability, coach teams, and optimize payer and market insights to overcome barriers, while collaborating with Sales, Market Access, and Medical partners. Travel up to 60–80% is expected.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing field reimbursement teams.
• Experience with payers, Medicare/Medicaid dynamics.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional team of Field Reimbursement Managers to execute reimbursement strategy.
• Develop regional plans using payer, account, and market insights.
• Coach FRMs with account management and reimbursement principles.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Market Access, and HUB.
• Manage field KPIs, service levels, and customer engagement.
