Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Senior Manager, Field Reimbursement in the West US to lead a regional team of Field Reimbursement Managers. The role drives reimbursement strategy, builds capability, and ensures excellent access experiences across Specialty Pharmacy and Buy & Bill channels.

The candidate will use payer insights to shape regional plans, coach FRMs, and monitor KPIs while maintaining high standards of compliance and collaboration with Sales, Market Access, and Medical teams.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s or Bachelor’s level education with years of experience in third-party access or pharmaceutical sales.
• Experience across Specialty Pharmacy and Buy & Bill reimbursement and ability to navigate dual-benefit models.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and people-management capabilities within a field reimbursement context.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team of Field Reimbursement Managers.
• Translate national priorities into regional execution plans with data-driven decisions.
• Manage field KPIs, service levels, and customer engagement while ensuring compliant operations.
