Qualifications

• Experience leading field reimbursement or access teams.
• Knowledge of Specialty Pharmacy and Buy & Bill channels.
• Strong understanding of payer dynamics and market access.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach a team of Field Reimbursement Managers to achieve KPIs.
• Develop regional strategies translating national priorities into territory plans.
• Ensure compliant execution across Specialty Pharmacy and Buy & Bill channels.
• Monitor payer dynamics and translate insights into regional actions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Market Access, and Operations to improve access.
• Lead regional business reviews and drive follow-through on actions.
