Zusammenfassung

Amgen is seeking a Field Reimbursement Regional Senior Manager to lead a regional team and execute reimbursement strategy, enabling optimal Tezspire access in Respiratory. You will coach FRMs, translate priorities into action, and drive compliant customer experiences across Specialty Pharmacy and Buy & Bill channels.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, payer expertise, and collaboration with Sales, Market Access, Medical, HUB, and Operations. Travel is substantial.

Qualifikationen

• Doctorate degree with 2 years of public or private third-party access experience in sales, managed care, or clinical support.
• Master’s degree with 4 years of public or private third-party access experience in sales, managed care, or clinical support.
• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of public or private third-party access experience in sales, managed care, or clinical support.
• Associate’s degree with 10 years of public or private third-party access experience.

• Lead and coach a high-performing team of Field Reimbursement Managers.
• Develop regional strategies translating national priorities to territory plans.
• Ensure compliance with reimbursement rules and cross-functional collaboration.
• Monitor field KPIs and coach for performance improvements.
• Address access barriers and optimize patient access experiences.
