Job summary

Amgen seeks a Field Reimbursement Senior Manager to lead a regional FRM team and execute reimbursement strategies that optimize access for Bone Health products across the Southeast US. You will translate national priorities into actionable plans, coach field teams, and drive compliant, patient-focused access initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, reimbursement expertise in both Specialty Pharmacy and Buy & Bill channels, and collaboration with Sales, Medical, and HUB teams to overcome

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2 years in public or private third-party access or pharma sales/managed care.
• Master’s degree with 4 years in public or private third-party access or pharma sales/managed care.
• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years in public or private third-party access or pharma sales/managed care.
• Associate’s degree with 10 years in public or private third-party access arena or pharmaceutical industry.
• High school diploma / GED with 12 years in public or private third-party access arena or pharmaceutical industry

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing team of Field Reimbursement Managers with regular feedback.
• Develop regional strategies translating national priorities into territory plans.
• Maintain expertise across Specialty Pharmacy and Buy & Bill reimbursement models.
• Monitor payer dynamics, policy changes, and market insights to guide execution.
• Collaborate across Sales, Market Access, Medical, HUB, and Operations to drive access outcomes
