• Doctorate or master’s degree in a relevant field required or extensive equivalent field experience.
• Experience leading field reimbursement teams and managing cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of commercial payer, Medicare, and Medicaid access dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a regional team of Field Reimbursement Managers to meet KPIs.
• Develop regional strategies translating national priorities into territory plans.
• Partner with Sales, Market Access, Medical, HUB, and operations to improve access and customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with reimbursement rules and engagement guidelines across channels.
