Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP is seeking a Senior Manager, Events Operations in New York (hybrid). You will lead the events technology strategy, ensure integration with CRM and finance platforms, and optimize the event tech stack.

The role partners with IT, MarTech, and business teams to define requirements and governance. You will manage vendor relationships, run RFPs, oversee deployments, and build data architectures that deliver measurable event ROI and improved attendee

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in event technology.
• Experience designing data architecture and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation, selection, and optimization of the events tech stack.
• Define data governance and ensure data quality for event data.
• Manage RFPs and cross-functional vendor evaluations.
• Oversee implementation and configuration of platforms to meet requirements.
• Develop training, SOPs, and KPIs for the events tech ecosystem.
