Job summary

tml Partners is seeking a Senior Events and Operations Manager in a hybrid role in New York. The position combines high-impact client engagement with marketing operations, process optimization, and strategic leadership across corporate and litigation practice groups.

You will partner with senior partners and the Chief Marketing Officer to optimize events, workflows, and cross-functional projects, while mentoring events staff and advancing firm initiatives.

Qualifications

• Broad strategic marketing, events, and operations experience within a leading corporate services environment.
• Strong PM, process improvement, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute high-impact client engagement initiatives, partner seminars, and hospitality programs to support business development.
• Serve as operational anchor for marketing, creating and refining internal playbooks, onboarding, and workflows.
• Lead cross-department initiatives across communications, events, BD, and marketing technology to drive efficiency and AI-assisted processes.
• Partner with senior leadership to provide operational counsel and oversight on key firm initiatives.
• Mentor events staff and junior marketing team to foster a high-performance culture.
