Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks an experienced procurement leader to manage enterprise technology sourcing and supplier relationships. You will develop category strategies, drive end-to-end sourcing events, and negotiate major software, SaaS, cloud services, hardware, and professional services agreements.

The role requires a hands-on leader who partners with finance, IT security, and business stakeholders to optimize total cost of ownership and ensure compliance across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Minimum 10 years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years leading enterprise technology procurement.
• Experience negotiating complex enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, hardware, and services.
• Experience with ERP, e-procurement, contract lifecycle management, or spend analytics tools.
• CPSM/MCIPS or related procurement credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year category strategies for technology spend.
• Lead end-to-end RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes with market analysis and negotiations.
• Oversee complex technology supplier negotiations, renewals, and terms.
• Manage spend analytics, cost models, and true-ups for software entitlements.
• Coordinate governance, supplier performance, and contract lifecycle management.
• Provide strategic guidance to technology owners and business leaders.
