Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Manager to lead a team of Enterprise Technical Leads while owning select complex enterprise engagements. This player-coach role combines people leadership with direct technical ownership to scale teams and delivery across multiple systems and stakeholders.

You will mentor, coach, and develop engineers, architect scalable solutions, and serve as the escalation point for high-stakes accounts, balancing hands-on work with leadership to maximize impact.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., solutions engineering, implementations, technical program management).
• Proven track record leading complex enterprise implementations or integrations.
• Ability to operate at both team leadership and hands-on technical contributor levels.
• 1-3+ years of experience managing or mentoring technical, customer-facing teams.
• Experience driving alignment across Product, Engineering, Strategic Engagement, and GTM teams.
• Strong communicator who translates technical complexity into clear decisions and actions.
