Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Manager to lead a team of customer-facing Enterprise Technical Leads while owning a subset of our most complex enterprise engagements. This player-coach role blends people leadership with hands-on technical ownership to drive delivery across multiple systems and stakeholders.

You will mentor engineers, deliver impactful solutions, and partner with Product, Engineering, GTM, Science, and Privacy to scale our data solutions.

Qualifications

5–8+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions engineering, implementations, or technical program management.
1–3+ years of experience managing or mentoring technical, customer-facing teams.
Proven track record leading complex enterprise implementations or integrations.
Ability to operate as both a team leader and hands-on technical contributor.
Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical complexity into clear decisions.
