Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Manager to lead a team of Enterprise Technical Leads while also owning a subset of complex enterprise engagements. This player-coach role combines people leadership with direct technical ownership, influencing outcomes for customers and the team.

You will develop a high-performing team, architect scalable solutions, and partner across Product, Engineering, GTM, Science, and Privacy to unblock delivery and align priorities.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in a customer-facing technical role (solutions engineering, implementations, technical program management, or similar)
• Proven track record leading complex enterprise implementations or integrations
• Ability to operate at both team leadership and hands-on technical contributor levels
• 1–3+ years of experience managing or mentoring technical, customer-facing teams
• Strong communicator who translates technical complexity into clear decisions and actions
