Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Manager to lead a team of Enterprise Technical Leads while owning a subset of complex enterprise engagements. This player-coach role combines people leadership with hands-on technical ownership to scale both delivery and our people.

You will develop high-performing engineers, mentor team members, and directly influence outcomes for large client projects across multiple systems and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., solutions engineering, implementations, technical program management, or similar)
• 1–3+ years of experience managing or mentoring technical, customer-facing teams
• Proven ability to lead complex enterprise implementations or integrations

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Technical Leads
• Own high-impact enterprise engagements (player-coach) and directly lead subset of complex, high-stakes customers
• Architect and execute scalable technical solutions and integrations across multiple systems and stakeholders
• Serve as the technical escalation point for accounts and the portfolio
• Balance hands-on delivery with team leadership to maximize impact
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, Strategic Engagement and GTM teams
• Scale systems and processes, not just individual solutions
