Job summary

Datavant seeks a results-oriented Manager to lead a team of Enterprise Technical Leads while owning a subset of our most complex enterprise engagements. This player-coach role blends people leadership with hands-on technical ownership to scale delivery across multiple systems and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in a customer-facing technical role; proven track record in complex enterprise implementations or integrations.
• Ability to operate at both team leadership and hands-on technical contributor levels.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Technical Leads.
• Own high-impact enterprise engagements (player-coach) and drive architecture and delivery.
• Architect and execute scalable technical solutions and integrations across multiple systems.
• Serve as the technical escalation point for accounts and portfolio.
