Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Manager to lead a team of Enterprise Technical Leads while directly owning a subset of high-priority enterprise engagements. As a player-coach, you will guide delivery, architect scalable technical solutions, and mentor senior engineers across multi-system implementations.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to unblock delivery, maintain ownership of outcomes, and drive consistent high-quality results for our customers.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in a customer-facing technical role (solutions engineering, implementations, or similar).
• Proven track record leading complex enterprise implementations or integrations.
• Able to operate at both team leadership and hands-on technical contributor levels.
• 1–3+ years of experience managing or mentoring technical, customer-facing teams.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Product, Engineering, and GTM.
• Customer-oriented with credibility in managing enterprise relationships.

• Own high-impact enterprise engagements (player-coach) and architect scalable solutions.
• Mentor team members with strong technical judgment and execution.
