Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Manager to lead a team of Enterprise Technical Leads while owning a subset of complex enterprise engagements. This player-coach role blends people leadership with hands-on technical ownership to scale delivery and talent across the business.

You will mentor engineers, architect scalable solutions, and directly guide high-stakes customer work. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to unblock delivery and drive outcomes for strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., solutions engineering, implementations, or similar).
• Proven track record leading complex enterprise implementations or integrations.
• Ability to operate at both team leadership and hands-on technical contributor levels.
• 1–3+ years of experience managing or mentoring technical, customer-facing teams.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and customer-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Technical Leads.
• Own high-impact enterprise engagements and architect scalable technical solutions.
• Serve as the technical escalation point for accounts and portfolio.
