Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 15+ years of related experience preferred.
• PMP or PgM certification required.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise project controls strategy, standards, and governance across regions.
• Establish controls for design-build, CMAR, and other delivery models; align design, procurement, cost, schedule, risk and commercial controls.
• Strengthen budgeting, earned value management, forecasting, and change management processes.
• Develop project health reviews, dashboards, and actionable insights for margin and delivery risk.
• Lead modernization of project controls platforms, data, and reporting; promote AI-enabled forecasting.
• Build and mentor a distributed team of schedulers, cost controllers, and document control professionals.
