Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years of related experience.
• PMP or PgM certification required.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise project controls strategy, standards, methodologies, and governance model; drive adoption across units and regions.
• Establish project controls approaches for design-build, progressive design-build, CMAR and other delivery models.
• Strengthen budgeting, earned value management, forecasting, variance analysis, and scheduling.
• Develop leading indicators, project health reviews, dashboards, and actionable insights for margins, backlog, cash flow and risk.
• Lead modernization of project controls platforms, data and workflows; champion AI-enabled forecasting and reporting.
• Establish scalable standards for document management and data quality across projects.
• Collaborate with leadership and teams to improve predictability, profitability and client outcomes.
• Build a distributed team of schedulers and cost controllers; create training and succession plans.
