Hyland is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Leader Enablement & Development to own the strategy and execution of frontline sales manager development programs. • 6+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or related roles in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to design and scale frontline manager development programs.
• Strong ability to influence and operate in a matrixed environment.
• Experience partnering with onboarding, field enablement, and content teams.
• Excellent program management and communication skills.
• Strategic mindset with execution and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Own the global frontline manager development strategy aligned to GTM priorities.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to align programs to business priorities and KPIs.
• Collaborate with onboarding and content teams to ensure scalable materials.
• Use data and analytics to measure program effectiveness and impact.
• Design blended learning experiences (ILT, virtual, on-demand, reinforcement).
• Define success metrics and maintain a structured feedback loop for ongoing improvement.
