Job summary

Hyland is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Leader Enablement & Development, a remote US role reporting to the Director, Global Enablement Programs. You will own the strategy and execution of frontline manager development programs, guiding coaching, deal inspection, and pipeline management to drive measurable team impact.

You will collaborate with onboarding, enablement partners, content managers, and Rev Ops to scale programs globally, define success metrics, and ensure sustainable coaching

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Manager Enablement, or Sales Coaching within B2B SaaS or tech companies.
• Proven experience designing and scaling frontline manager development programs.
• Strong program management, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the global frontline manager development strategy aligned to Hyland's sales methodology and GTM priorities.
• Design and evolve manager development programs including coaching, deal inspection, and pipeline management.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to align programs to business priorities and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with onboarding, content teams, and Rev Ops to scale programs and leverage data for improvements.
• Define success metrics and build reinforcement strategies for durable coaching behavior.
