Job summary

Hyland is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Leader Enablement & Development to own and execute frontline sales manager development programs. You will coordinate coaching, deal inspection, and pipeline management initiatives across the manager lifecycle, partnering with onboarding, enablement, and Rev Ops to drive measurable team impact.

The role focuses on scalable, globally applicable learning experiences, with a strong emphasis on data-driven improvements and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or Sales Coaching.
• Bachelor's degree or related experience required.
• Proven ability to design and scale frontline manager development programs.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Excellent program management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own global frontline manager development strategy aligned to Hyland's sales methodology and priorities; define and evolve what good looks like for frontline manager effectiveness.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to align programs to business priorities, GTM motions, and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with onboarding to ensure smooth transitions from onboarding to ongoing development; provide scalable programs and tools.
• Work with Enablement Content Managers and Rev Ops to tie programs to KPIs and inspection metrics; use data to drive prioritization.
• Design integrated learning experiences (ILT, virtual, on-demand, peer learning) and manage end-to-end implementation.
• Define success metrics and reinforce coaching behavior through structured feedback with Sales Leadership and Rev Ops.
