AeroVironment, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Mission Systems Software to lead a large multi-site team developing onboard software for uncrewed aircraft. You will guide vision-based navigation, autonomy, and flight software while shaping the roadmap with the Software Chief Engineer.
The role requires 12+ years in software, 4+ years in leadership, and strong experience delivering flight-critical software in Agile environments. US travel may be required.
Competenze
- 12+ years of software engineering experience in embedded/mission systems environments.
- 4+ years in a management or technical lead role overseeing 15+ engineers.
- Experience delivering flight-critical software through full lifecycle.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tooling and Linux environments.
