Brex is hiring a Senior Manager, Business Development to drive revenue through strategic partnerships and embedded finance solutions. You will build a partner pipeline, lead a GTM strategy with anchor partners, and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Legal to deliver integrated solutions.

The role is based in San Francisco with a hybrid work model, requiring several in-office days weekly and offering remote-work flexibility.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, or similar in B2B environments.
• Proven revenue responsibility with quota attainment and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience owning the full engagement lifecycle from discovery to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source new partners, manage end-to-end execution from sourcing to activation.
• Develop partner acquisition strategies and GTM plans for growth across verticals.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Sales and Marketing on complex integrations.
• Navigate ambiguity, distill complexity into actionable decisions, drive growth with partners.
• Transition partnerships to scaled go-to-market with performance tracking.
