Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, E2E Performance Management, Data & Analytics, to lead global performance frameworks across MedTech. You will partner with BU, regional, and digital teams to shape metrics, scorecards, and governance, enabling proactive, data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
8+ years of experience in performance management, operations, or supply chain analytics.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing performance management.
Experience delivering scalable BI solutions across global teams.

Responsibilities

Design and harmonize end-to-end performance management frameworks across supply chain nodes.
Define metric definitions, governance, and decision rights.
Lead standard performance reviews and executive level governance cadences.
Embed problem-solving and root-cause analysis tied to performance gaps.
Partner with Digital/Data teams to build reliable data foundations and BI solutions.
Define dashboards, scorecards, and analytics products for leadership.
Coach and develop team members in performance management and analytics.
