Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a MedTech Supply Chain Digital Product Manager to join our Raritan, NJ team, based in the United States. This role leads the strategy, development, and execution of advanced digital capabilities to advance our supply chain management and collaborate with business units, IT, and data science.

You will manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, drive adoption, define KPIs, and ensure data governance and regulatory compliance while delivering cost savings and inventory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; focus in Business, Computer Science, Experience Design, or related area preferred.
• Six years of relevant professional work experience.
• Experience in digital strategy, product management, or related fields.
• Experience leading digital product development and agile roadmaps.
• Experience in supply chain processes and performance drivers.
• Experience developing strategies for custom apps and SaaS platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with digital capabilities such as APIs, AI, and data analytics.
• Proactive, organized, and collaborative team member.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the digital product strategy for a robust supply chain portfolio.
• Provide digital product management and AI enablement for key initiatives across inventory optimization and scheduling.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain ops, IT, and data science.
• Partner with a digital team to deliver evolving product roadmaps and value realization.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure product performance and impact.
• Implement go-to-market and change management strategies for tool adoption.
• Identify trends and innovations for supply chain digital transformation.
• Ensure data governance, security, and regulatory compliance.
