Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Senior Manager, E2E Performance Management, Data & Analytics, to lead the end-to-end performance capability across MedTech locations. The role partners with business units, regions, and digital teams to drive measurable outcomes and consistent KPI definitions.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in supply chain analytics, strong storytelling for executives, and experience delivering scalable dashboards and governance across a global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and 8+ years in supply chain/operations analytics.
• Experience designing and governing end-to-end performance metrics and scorecards.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business decisions for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design and harmonize E2E performance management frameworks across supply chain nodes.
• Define metric hierarchies, definitions, governance, and escalation paths.
• Lead regular performance reviews and drive data-driven decision making.
• Partner with Digital/Data teams to build reliable data foundations and BI products.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and analytics to support senior leadership.
• Coach and develop team members in analytics, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
• Influence cross-functionally to adopt new capabilities across geographies.
