Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Senior Manager, E2E Performance Management, Data & Analytics to lead global performance frameworks across the supply chain. You will partner with BU, regional and functional leaders to translate strategy into measurable outcomes and ensure consistent KPI definitions.

You will drive dashboards, scorecards, and analytics products, support governance, and mentor teams to build scalable, data-driven decision making across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain or operations analytics.
• Experience designing end-to-end performance management frameworks.
• Strong data analytics and governance capabilities.
• Experience with dashboards and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and harmonize E2E performance management frameworks.
• Define metrics hierarchies, definitions, governance and escalation pathways.
• Lead standardized performance review cadences across functions.
• Perform root cause analysis and issue management.
• Collaborate with Digital and Data teams for data foundations.
• Define requirements for dashboards, scorecards, visualization.
• Coach and develop team members in analytics and governance.
• Partner with stakeholders across regions and functions.
