Job summary
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Technical Product Owner - Data & Analytics for New Brunswick, NJ. You will define functional design by merging business objectives with innovative technology, overseeing data and analytics solutions across financial, external, and operational data as the company embarks on a Medtech transformation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years data modeling experience incl SAP S/4HANA.
- 10+ years delivering data management and reporting solutions.
- 10+ years implementing large ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
- 3+ years of people management.
- Experience fostering high‑performing teams.
- Proficiency with JIRA and SDLC.
- Knowledge of supply chain or finance processes.
- Preferred: 2+ years SAP PAPM.
Responsibilities
- Define vision and strategy for finance data products.
- Translate business challenges into data/analytics solutions.
- Oversee design, build and operation of data analytics for finance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
- Align roadmaps with finance strategy and measurable KPIs.
- Lead agile and human‑centered product management.
