Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, I/O psychology, organizational behavior, organizational development, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in HR business partnering, workforce strategy, or people analytics.
• Proven success partnering with senior HR or business leaders in a global, matrixed organization.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact and strategic advisory partner for the HREC and senior HR leadership.
• Own portfolio-level intake, prioritization, and governance for analytics, insights, and data product needs.
• Translate business priorities into clearly defined questions, hypotheses, and decision needs for data/analytics solutions.
• Establish ongoing engagement cadence with HREC stakeholders to maintain alignment on priorities and outcomes.
• Shape executive presentations, strategic recommendations, and workforce stories linking people outcomes to business priorities.
