Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR and talent management experience in leadership development or organizational development.
• Experience coaching senior leaders and assessing talent.
• Capabilities include Talent Management, Business Partnering, Strategy Development, Operational Excellence, collaboration and influencing senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute a data-driven talent strategy that strengthens succession for critical roles.
• Lead end-to-end succession processes, including executive assessment and talent movement.
• Partner with executives to build talent pipelines for MedTech critical roles.
• Facilitate talent review discussions and ensure readiness and action plans.
• Own descriptive analytics for MedTech talent pools and translate insights into action.
