Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Operations, CS, or related field.
• 8 years of relevant experience.
• 4 years of leadership with direct or indirect reports and 1–2 cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end customer engagement strategy for Dropship with cross-functional partners.
• Leads a global team of 6-7 direct reports; sets goals and provides feedback.
• Influences executive leadership with insights and strategic direction.
• Builds go-to-market strategies and drives revenue growth.
• Identifies opportunities to optimize digital commerce and improve customer outcomes.
