Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in two or more: project management, product management, business analysis, program management, experimentation, or product marketing.
• 4+ years in product and/or experience management with tech and UX collaboration.
• 3+ years in an agile software environment with delivery of business results.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams with coaching and mentorship.
• Proven proficiency in product marketing with senior leadership collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Owns near-term product vision, strategy, and cross-functional execution for the product group.
• Lead customer discovery sessions and executive discussions to showcase capabilities and value.
• Shape commercialization strategies and drive customer adoption of products.
• Build cross-functional partnerships to improve efficiencies and align on delivery.
• Define design direction and coach teams to deliver multiple products.
• Identify issues and present alternatives to leadership for resolution.
• Lead product journey-mapping across domains to maintain holistic workflows.
• Experiment to validate user adoption before major investments.
• Establish and audit product operating routines and metrics-driven culture.
• Drive product plans with engineering, architecture, design, sales, and business teams.
• Align with partners to realize value and monitor product health metrics.
