Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or related field.
• 8+ years of operations, fulfillment, transportation, logistics, or field operations experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching and development.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional operational initiatives from strategy through implementation.
• Experience with delivery operations, transportation management, fleet operations, routing, or fulfillment systems.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, translating metrics into action.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority and align diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to travel as business needs require—approximately 25%.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement outbound fulfillment strategy and roadmap.
• Lead the operational strategy for outbound delivery and fulfillment.
• Standardize processes for delivery drivers, fleet operations, and routing.
• Drive improvements to capacity, reliability, and cost across branches.
• Partner with Branch GMs and field leaders to identify barriers and implement solutions.
• Provide leadership during launches, pilots, and high-impact fulfillment issues.
