CPG Beyond, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Transformation to establish and lead the enterprise PMO and accelerate measurable business transformation.

You will create governance, standards, portfolio visibility, and value realization to translate priorities into outcomes. You will connect strategy, process improvement, technology, data, AI, automation, and change management while partnering with executives to identify opportunities and prioritize investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci, SAFe, or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Enterprise PMO with governance, intake, and portfolio cadence.
• Partner with leaders to translate strategy into a sequenced transformation roadmap.
• Build AI, automation, analytics, and digital opportunities into the transformation pipeline.
• Maintain transparency across the business-technology portfolio and value realization.
