Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in digital transformation, AI, automation, or related disciplines.
• No certificates or licenses required (if some are required, list them here)

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities where AI, automation, analytics can drive value.
• Lead transformation strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Develop business cases including ROI, risks, and adoption plans.
• Define architecture, governance, security, and scalability standards for AI solutions.
• Manage external partners, vendors, and development resources.
• Build prototypes, dashboards, and automated workflows to validate value.
• Coordinate program delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Measure adoption, outcomes, and organizational impact.
