Job summary

1898 & Co. is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to lead engagements in our Digital PMO practice, helping clients transform capital project and portfolio management. You’ll design, configure, and optimize PMO solutions while mentoring teams and shaping the future of project delivery.

You’ll apply deep PM expertise, drive cross‑functional collaboration, and support business development while delivering measurable client impact across utilities, infrastructure, and large capital environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading capital project and portfolio management technology engagements.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements that design, configure, and optimize digital PMO solutions.
• Provide technical leadership for PM system implementations.
• Mentor junior staff and guide cross-functional teams.
