Job summary

CPG Beyond is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Transformation to establish and lead the organization’s enterprise PMO and accelerate measurable business transformation across functions.

This leader will connect strategy, process, technology, data, AI, and change management while partnering with executives to deliver clear operational and financial results. The role will build the PMO and transformation capability as demand grows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project/portfolio management or transformation.
• Experience establishing or leading a PMO or enterprise portfolio.
• Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives from opportunity to value realization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and launch of the enterprise PMO charter, governance, and intake processes.
• Create portfolio dashboards and cadence for executive reviews and decision forums.
• Build scalable delivery methods including predictive, agile, and hybrid approaches.
• Partner with leaders to translate strategy into a sequenced transformation roadmap.
• Drive AI, automation, analytics, and digital enablement initiatives.
• Coach and develop transformation resources and manage external partners.
