Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent experience.
10+ years in a sales management or supervisory role leading teams.
10+ years of sales experience in industrial software and OT, including motion, PLCs, HMIs, software and VFDs.
Willingness to travel internationally.
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a national US sales plan for Digital Solutions.
Set objectives and KPIs; lead the Digital Solutions sales strategy.
Coordinate with Marketing, Engineering and partners to drive growth.
Build a go-to-market model for ICONICS solutions across direct, channel, and partners.
Penetrate target accounts and drive specification opportunities; coordinate cross-functional teams.
