Job summary

Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions, Inc. seeks an Industry Development Manager – Water & Wastewater to drive growth and alignment across municipal and industrial water segments.

You will leverage GENESIS platform expertise to address regulatory compliance, asset management, energy optimization, and digital utility transformation. The role requires leadership in industry strategy, collaboration with sales and partners, and representation at industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, business, or related field.
• MBA or relevant advanced business experience preferred.
• 7–12 years in water/wastewater industry in ops, consulting, contracting, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute water/wastewater industry strategy to grow market share.
• Support marketing with industry-specific messaging and content.
• Build and strengthen a partner ecosystem with SI, EPCs, vendors and stakeholders.
• Track pipeline, revenue, win-rate, and growth metrics for water/wastewater.
• Be internal SME for use-case driven solutions for product marketing and communications.
• Support sales teams, partner engagement, and deal strategy externally.
