Astound Broadband is seeking a Manager, Digital Paid Media to lead the organization’s paid media strategy and optimize performance across search, social, programmatic, affiliate, and retargeting. Qualifikationen

• 5–8+ years managing paid media in high-volume, service-based or ecommerce business.
• Strong testing, analytics, forecasting, attribution, and performance measurement skills.
• Proficiency with GA4, Looker, Tableau, BigQuery, or similar analytics tools.

• Own paid media strategy and performance across search, social, programmatic, affiliate, and retargeting.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing paid media team.
• Set priorities, allocate work, and ensure strong campaign execution.
• Manage budgets, pacing, forecasts, and investment shifts across channels and markets.
• Optimize channel mix, audiences, creative, offers, and landing pages to improve conversions and revenue.
• Drive testing across platforms, audiences, creative, messaging, placements, and landing pages.
• Partner with Analytics and eCommerce to strengthen tracking, attribution, testing, and reporting.
