Job summary

Accenture in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager to lead cross-functional teams delivering strategy and implementation projects in digital laboratory operations and scientific intelligence. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, shape roadmaps, manage client outcomes, and drive value realization.

Travel up to 50% to client locations is required. The role emphasizes business development, thought leadership, and building strong client relationships across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in scientific/laboratory informatics (R&D or QC Manufacturing).
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Laboratory Science / Life Science or CS/Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategy and implementation projects.
• Architect and oversee end-to-end delivery of engagements, including solution design, estimates, scope, and execution.
• Drive program outcomes aligned to defined goals and value realization.
• Quantify and articulate business value and outcomes generated by solutions.
• Proactively manage delivery execution, including risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder reporting.
• Own client outcomes and accountability for contractual commitments, delivery quality, and client satisfaction.
