Accenture in the United States is seeking a Manager in Scientific Informatics to lead cross-functional teams and deliver digital laboratory transformation projects spanning data, automation, and AI.

You'll shape client roadmaps, manage end‑to‑end engagements, and drive measurable business value while building strong relationships with directors and senior leaders. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ Years of experience working in the field of scientific and laboratory informatics, within R&D and/or QC Manufacturing spaces.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Laboratory Science / Life Science (e.g., Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Microbiology) or Computer Science or Engineering (e.g., Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering).
• 2+ years of experience in consulting.
• Experience working in or with life sciences R&D, QC, or IT.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and both verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and redesign lab business processes; define product requirements, use cases, and user stories.
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of engagements, including solution design, estimates, scope, and execution.
• Drive program outcomes aligned to defined goals and value realization.
• Quantify and clearly articulate business value and outcomes generated by solutions.
• Proactively manage delivery execution, including risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder reporting.
• Own client outcomes, including accountability for contractual commitments, delivery quality, and client satisfaction.
• Act as escalation point for critical delivery or client issues.
• Shape client vision and strategic roadmap across people, process, technology, and data/AI.
