Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager to lead cross-functional teams delivering strategy and implementation projects for digital laboratory operations and scientific intelligence. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, shape roadmaps, manage risks, and ensure client value realization across people, processes, and technology.

The role requires 8+ years in scientific informatics and a Bachelor’s in a related field, with willingness to travel up to 50% to client locations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in scientific and laboratory informatics in R&D and/or QC Manufacturing spaces.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Laboratory Science / Life Science or Computer Science or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape digital laboratory transformation initiatives—spanning scientific informatics, data, automation, and AI to deliver measurable client impact.
• Architect and oversee end-to-end delivery of engagements, including solution design, estimates, scope, and execution.
• Drive program outcomes aligned to defined goals and value realization.
• Quantify and clearly articulate business value and outcomes generated by solutions.
• Proactively manage delivery execution, including risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder reporting.
• Own client outcomes, including accountability for contractual commitments, delivery quality, and client satisfaction.
• Act as escalation point for critical delivery or client issues.
• Shape client vision and strategic roadmap across people, process, technology, and data.
