Job summary

Protecht is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Experience & Growth to own the performance and continuous improvement of our global website and digital experience. You will work across marketing to attract, engage and convert target buyers, combining technical skills with commercial judgment to drive qualified demand and pipeline.

The role covers website strategy, buyer journeys, CRO, SEO, and digital performance, with a hands-on, contributor mindset.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in digital, website management or growth marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
Hands-on experience owning a B2B website end-to-end, including roadmap, optimization and conversion performance.
Strong knowledge of HubSpot CMS/Content Hub and building pages, landing pages, forms and templates.
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and troubleshooting routine website changes.

Responsibilities

Own Protecht's global website roadmap and day-to-day management.
Translate marketing objectives into website priorities, experiences and conversion paths.
Develop and optimize buyer journeys across audiences, campaigns and buying stages.
Manage CMS updates, pages, landing pages, forms and campaign experiences.
Lead CRO and experimentation program to improve pages and journeys.
