Protecht is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Experience & Growth to own and optimize the global website and digital touchpoints. You will drive CRO, buyer journeys, and performance, while coordinating with Marketing to align with GTM priorities.

Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in digital, website management or growth marketing.
- Proven track record owning a B2B website end-to-end including roadmap and optimization.
- Hands-on with HubSpot CMS/Content Hub and web assets.
- Strong CRO, analytics, SEO knowledge and awareness of paid channels.
Responsabilités
- Own the website roadmap, day-to-day management and continuous improvement.
- Translate objectives into website priorities, experiences and conversion paths.
- Develop buyer journeys across audiences, solutions and stages of buying; optimize journeys.
- Identify opportunities to improve discovery and engagement with Protecht.
- Ensure the site evolves with Protecht’s positioning and GTM priorities.
- Manage updates to pages, landing pages, forms, navigation and digital assets.
