Protecht is hiring a Senior Manager, Digital Experience & Growth to own and optimize the global website and digital experience, driving qualified demand and pipeline. You will work across marketing functions in a hands-on role, shaping buyer journeys, CRO, SEO, and analytics to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience across digital, website management or growth marketing.
• Experience owning a B2B website end-to-end, including roadmap and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot CMS/Content Hub, building and managing pages, landing pages and forms.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and ability to troubleshoot and execute routine site changes.
• Strong experience with CRO, buyer journeys, web analytics and experimentation, plus SEO/GEO, paid digital and their link to conversion.

Responsabilidades

• Own Protecht's global website roadmap and day-to-day management.
• Translate objectives into website priorities, experiences and conversion paths.
• Develop and optimize buyer journeys across audiences, solutions and stages of buying process.
• Identify opportunities to improve discovery, understanding and engagement with Protecht.
• Own website updates, including pages, landing pages, forms and navigation.
• Manage CMS and coordinate development or external resources.
• Maintain standards for site performance, usability, accessibility, tracking and data flows.
• Partner with Marketing Ops to ensure forms, tracking, integrations and data flows.
• Manage website-related agencies and partners as needed.
• Own the website conversion strategy and CRO program across key pages and journeys.
• Use data to identify friction and opportunities and guide changes.
• Connect digital activity to measurable outcomes like pipeline and revenue.
• Report to Marketing leadership on what's working and what needs changing and drive those changes.
• Collaborate with Content and SEO/GEO specialists to improve visibility.
