Job summary

Children seeks a Website & User Experience Manager to lead the organization’s digital properties. You will translate digital strategy into intuitive user experiences, manage day-to-day web operations, and collaborate with internal teams and partners to optimize content, navigation, and conversions.

Responsibilities include CRO experiments, SEO health, analytics leadership, and CMS publishing while ensuring accessibility and privacy compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing web strategy, site operations, or digital marketing for a brand, nonprofit, or agency.
• Hands-on CMS publishing, web analytics, and on-page SEO experience.
• Familiarity with privacy laws, ADA/WCAG, and attribution via UTM parameters.
• Proficient with analytics and behavior tools (e.g., GA4, Hotjar, Crazy Egg) and A/B testing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day website operations and UX optimization across key properties.
• Set up and analyze A/B tests, track conversion trends, and improve user journeys.
• Lead SEO, site health checks, and performance reporting with IT and vendors.
• Coordinate CMS publishing, content updates, and accessibility compliance.
