Fivetran and dbt Labs are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture to lead a Central US Solutions Architecture team. This leadership role will involve growing and leading a team of Solutions Architects, to drive revenue growth and customer success.

The Senior Manager will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring technical excellence, and driving the success of our sales efforts, and will partner closely with our sales and broader

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a pre-sales role with 3+ years in frontline management.
• Experience across data warehousing, analytics, BI, data engineering, or data science.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and hitting sales targets in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Reside in the Central US region.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Architects.
• Promote a collaborative, customer-obsessed culture within the team.
• Partner with sales leadership to achieve regional quota targets through value-based selling.
• Guide GTM strategy in the region by providing insight on sales and product gaps.
• Participate in sourcing and screening candidates to maintain a high talent bar.
